I have experience sailing all kinds of boats since age 11, from dinghies to Tall Ships.
Some of my qualifications include: Mast Captain for a 500 ton square rigger 'Elissa', out of Galveston, Rescue Driver for TowBoat U.S., 2nd Mate on 145' schooner 'Californian', Master of a 71' yawl, Charter Captain for YMCA summer boat camp, as well as numerous private charters, corporate regattas & deliveries.
I can do most rigging. I have sailed all along the West Coast, Gulf of Mexico, New England and between California & Hawaii.
I work on many boats in the San Diego area, which are available for charter. I have many contacts and can find you the boat that best suits your needs.
I possess a 100 ton Near Coastal license with Sailing & Towing endorsements.
Safety is my primary consideration. Remember: If you're not having fun, you're not doing it right!
